Kids just wanna be kids

We had a girl's night at Sonic before I head home to Texas.  It was great to see all of these sweet friends of mine who I miss so much.

Flying to Colorado

Hannah and Jacob were able to fly to Colorado to spend a week with friends.  I went with them and stayed overnight to make sure they got settled okay.  The kids don't remember flying when they were little, so to them this was their first flying experience.  They had a lot of fun even though Jacob thought he was going to barf and then he took up the entire window once he felt better.

Date Night at Steak n' Shake

Tonight it was Ellie's turn to go on a date with Daddy.  She chose Steak n' Shake and came home happy.

Today we spent the morning swimming and then went to Richard and Becki Johnson's house for a BBQ.  We then headed over to Anna to watch the fireworks there.  We were pleasantly suprised that it was a really good show!
